ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international organization officially established on February 23, 1947, in Geneva, for the development and implementation of standards in various technical and non-technical fields. The organization has developed standards such as ISO 9001 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System. These standards have been adopted by Ecopol Kimya and implemented within the company, and they have been certified by the independent certification body Alcumus ISOQAR.

ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® is an independent certification system for auxiliary chemicals and dyes used in the textile industry. It aims to ensure that all components of the substances used in textile production do not pose any harm to human health and the environment. The OEKO-TEX® organization places great importance on the quality and sustainability efforts of certified companies and examines all processes with complete transparency.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is one of the world’s leading textile processing standards that supports the sustainability of ecological and social criteria in the textile industry through its own certification. The standard examines all components of the final product that will reach the consumer and guarantees the textile auxiliary chemicals and chemical production facilities, ensuring their sustainability efforts as well. Ecopol Kimya San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. is a holder of the GOTS v6.0 certification and is part of this internationally recognized supply chain.
ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) is a collaborative roadmap focused on the textile and leather manufacturing sectors with the aim of achieving zero discharge of hazardous chemicals. As a global program, ZDHC aims to prevent the environmental harm caused by wastewater discharges, which have significantly increased in recent years, in textile and leather operations.
